This FinTech Talent Survey 2019 commissioned by SFA and PwC delve into the talent situation faced by FinTech industry and the opportunities for job seekers in this growing sector.
An interesting and insightful sharing this morning at the FinTech Talent Report Launch, organised by Singapore FinTech Association (SFA), PwC Singapore, National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) & IBFSG - The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore. The objective of this event was to better understand talents in the Fintech Industry. Report responses was collected from 832 individuals from 394 Fintech companies in Singapore, which identified issues that industry players are facing with regards to shortfalls in talent, including firms headquartered and/ or with operations in Singapore. With these identified issues, we hope to promote discussion among policy makers and industry stakeholders to remedy the identified gaps.
