About the event
2020 has been a tough year for many industries, including the FinTech industry. On 10 February 2021, SFA will be hosting the SFA Singapore FinTech Awards that shines the spotlight on those who have made extraordinary contributions to the vibrant FinTech industry and further strengthening Singapore’s position as a global FinTech hub in 2020.
Ms Grace Fu, Minister for Sustainability and the Environment will be gracing the evening as the Guest-of-Honour, where she will also announce the launch of SFA’s Green and Sustainable FinTech sub-committee and inaugurate the new FinTech gallery at 80RR FinTech Hub SG.
During the physical ceremony, SFA will be presenting awards to honour instrumental talents who have contributed to the resilient FinTech industry and had a hand in reshaping the post-COVID world for a better tomorrow. Mr Leong Sing Chiong, Deputy Managing Director (Markets and Development) and Mr Sopnendu Mohanty, Chief FinTech Officer of the Monetary Authority of Singapore will also be in attendance to present the awards to the recipients – a total of 26 winners across four categories.
