Looking for an event space for to host your networking sessions, seminars or even a product launch? Our event space allows for flexible customisation to your desired layout and setting for your event. At approximatly 4000 square feet, it is one of the largest event spaces in the CBD, being able to fit up to 350 pax. 

EVENT SPACE CLOSURE

Our event space will be closed for bookings due to renovation & upgrading works from 20th November 2019. Event space booking will be available for booking again from February 2020. See you!

 

2) Weekdays Bookings: 8am - 5pm, 6pm - 10pm.

3) A minimum of 3 hours is required for each event booking.

4) Set-up and tear-down shall be within the contracted hours.

5) Set-up and tear-down shall be conducted and provided for by Licensee Company.

6) Event shall be confined within the event space.

7) Event guests are not allowed to enter or use premises beyond the reception area.

8) Consumption and provision of food and drinks shall only be within the event space, and disposed by the Licensee Company          after the event has ended.

9) Food catering or refreshment, if any, shall be arranged by Licensee Company.

PROJECTION

Large projection screen on-site to provide you with the best viewing experience. Projection works on all screen aspect ratios.

AV EQUIPMENT

Basic AV set-up with the help of our in-house team, without any additional charges.

FLEXIBLE SET-UP

Be it theater style for presentations or round tables for break out discussions, our space is perfect for you to have your very own desired set up.

LOGISTICS

Wireless microphones, whiteboards, flip charts and registration table and even a rostrum, which can be provided to you at no additional charges. Engage with our preferred caterer or engage your very own caterer.
